MAGIC Transcends the Generations

Witches! What are they? Why do some people dispise the likes of witches even though most of them are not here to do nefarious things? They are pleasant beings that are initially human yet have a special trait passed down from a previous generation or come in contact with an object that makes them one.

People are just crazy, don't they know that Magic exists because of them? If we didn't have witches then we wouldn't have magic or rather a seeable, concentrated version. According to lore, some witches feed off the magic that humans call love, greed, hatred, betrayal, etc etc... It powers them to make it easier to take down their prey by targeting the prey's weakest point. It's a sad way to go, but everything happens for a reason, right? Right! (These are the bad witches)

However, the good ones, they help the weak and feeble because those groups of people are unfortunately too human to help themselves. They are there to make life easier for everyone.

Do you ever glance at the flowers outside your window pane or stroll through the forest full of life? Do you ever smile when you see the beautiful pastels of the petals or hear the hum of bees a wing beat away from a pollen trip? Well my friend, that is magic. Yep, you heard it right. It's magic!

Magic lives deep down inside of us, yet it sometimes make take a certain cataclysmic event (in our lives) in order for the dormant forces to flow from our unlocked souls. Each person has a different magical fingerprint from the next, which means, no two are alike. It may be hard to tell, but sometimes they even have a aurasphere or color that cast or surrounds the flowing magic. Every persons aura is a different pattern than another because the person next to you could in fact contain more love or hatred in their heart than yourself. That being said, let's talk about control.

Beginner witches may not know how much magic to exude from their body, magical staff/wand if you're a wizard, or finger tip when first discovering one's powers... they'll learn over time with practice and confidence. If a witch is scared then his or her magic may not even work because fear hinders many aspects of the mind and body. With fear comes self doubt which blocks the internal magic flow or might even cause an error with the spell. No one wants to mess up a spell, so practice, believing in oneself, and meditation are key to gaining the most positive magic outlet as possible. When a witch or wizard is one with their magic, nothing is impossible.

Growing up, I always loved to watch shows about Witches. My top 2 shows that revolved around witches were "Sabrina the Teenage Witch" and "Charmed". It was so spectacular to see how they used magic to defeat their enemies (Charmed) and learned life lessons along with their magic training (STTW). If I had to choose a favorite though, STTW would be the number one contender. Sabrina was always so amazing and it showed that no matter if you were made of magic, love was always the best magic that would win. Even if you lost your powers (which happened in several episodes), your family was the only real magic!

I was even able to meet the beautiful Melissa Joan Hart that playing the famous Sabrina in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. I traveled all the way to Tuscaloosa which was a 5 hour round trip from my house to get her to sign my book. (Pictures are attached below!)

Now lets talk about books! My number one series that revolves around witches was Hex Hall, but the book series that is soon to replace it is... *Drum Roll Please*

The Sister's Crimoire by my lovely friend Suza Kates!

It's such a beautiful novella that introduces the Whitburn sisters and how they came across their magical powers. With the help of their Uncle and Grandad, they will find out why they are witches and how they will defeat the enemies that come to destroy them. Will they find out why? Do they discover that working together will in fact save them? What became of their precious mother all those years ago? You'll find out all the answers to these questions and more in this action packed, heart pumping, coffee drinking witch novella that will have you quenched and still begging for more! Grab your copy today before they start flying off the shelves thanks to their own magical abilities!

I met Mrs. Suza Kates for the first time last August (I do believe) to have coffee and an interview with her. She was such a beautiful person and her soul was just as lovely. She is such a genuine lady that loves from her heart and has a passion that is unlike anyone that I've ever met. You can just seek the imagination within her eyes bursting to life.

Talking with her was a mind-blowing event that I was shellshocked for pretty much the whole entire interview! I felt like the luckiest person ever! She made me feel like a special reader and to this day, we are still friends! I'm so lucky to be able to be on her street team and be a fan! She's a marvelous lady with a fantastic eye for all things MagiC!

If you want to read book that meshes love, magic, and the journey of finding oneself then this is the book for you! You'll learn so many things from the Whitburn sisters that you too will be consumed with the power of love.
